Overview:
A manufacturing firm in Middlefield, Ohio is looking for a a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at minimum 3-5 years of background in various HR functions and be passionate about supporting the organization's human capital.
In order to be considered for this position all candidates must have at minimum 2 years of human resource experience in a manufacturing environment.
Duties:
· Worker recruiting, screening, hiring, orientation, and termination. POC for all staffing agencies.
· Communicate with workers and managers concerning related personnel matters.
· Manage Medical and 401k Open Enrollment.
· Maintain Personnel, OSHA, and Medical records.
· Oversee the administration of FMLA, worker’s compensation, unemployment, COBRA etc.
· Compiling Data/Reports and Coordination of Projects and Meetings.
· Oversee and assist in the administration of the company phone system.
· Responsible for office, breakroom, & janitorial supplies and the upkeep of related areas. POC for all vendors related to Office Management.
· Administrative/clerical duties including meeting and travel planning.
· Project management and assistance.
Salary will be negotiated based on experience.

Requirements:
3-5 years of Human Resources experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Possess knowledge of employment and benefit regulations and compliance.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field a plus but not required.
