Wentworth Watershed Association is a small non-profit organization in Wolfeboro, NH. We are professional, agile, and inclusive. Our mission is to protect and preserve the Wentworth-Crescent Watershed through initiatives that enhance water quality, land conservation, and community education.
Executive Assistant
Work for an organization focused on protecting the Wentworth-Crescent Watershed through stormwater management planning, water quality monitoring, land conservation, land stewardship and community education. We are looking for a professional Executive Assistant to join our team. You must be an effective communicator and like working with the public and association members of all ages. You will help manage the day-to-day operations of the organization. Responsibilities include supporting the Executive Director with member relations and communication, scheduling, bookkeeping, and database management.
This a 25 hour per week, in-person office based position. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am-2pm year-round. Occasional evenings and weekend hours may be requested for support at events. Must have local housing.

Desired Qualifications:
· Minimum two years related experience; nonprofit experience a plus
· Exceptional people skills in person, phone, and online environments.
· Solid written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic open office work environment.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision.
· Proficiency with google, spreadsheets, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
· Familiarity with Quickbooks
· Ability to develop effective work plans, organize details, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
· Interest in and commitment to WWA mission
Executive Assistant Reports to: Executive Director
Purpose: To support day-to-day operation of a small non-profit organization.
Status: Non-exempt position, 25 hours per week.
Benefits: 10 paid federal holidays a year, accrued two weeks vacation, one-week sick time, IRA matching of 3% after 6 months
