Our client is looking for an independent and resourceful HR Generalist to support their department in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities :
- Administration of personnel policies and procedures
- Support in payroll and benefits management
- Participation in the collective bargaining process
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal labor regulations
- Day-to-day administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Human Resource Department Requirements and skills :
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of employment / labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
