Summary of Work
Coordinate agency's hearing dockets
Publish legal notices
Review Agency, Commission and Director's orders
Draft certain Agency orders
Update various website documents
Update annual statistics on agency website
Create Oil and Gas hearing and docket closing schedule
Coordinate creation of hearing transcripts when needed
Create and revise forms in Excel and Adobe
Create and update miscellaneous reports and forms using MS Access database files
Maintain a database of mailing lists

Minimum Qualifications
•A High School diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrated equivalent knowledge, skill, and abilities.
•Demonstrated experience in office support, customer service or additional related education as dictated by the hiring agency.
Preferred Qualifications
•Leadership skills, problem solving, self-discipline, time management, a positive attitude and motivated.
•Written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
