The Role:

Our Account Managers ensure service delivery to existing members and conduct both renewal and upgrade sales interactions with senior-level executives within member accounts. You will conduct consistent and meaningful live and phone-based conversations with all contacts and are evaluated against overall institutional revenue growth, renewal rate and customer satisfaction/advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with 30-35 member accounts
  • Retain and renew membership of your accounts including negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Help executives unlock the potential of their memberships insights, applications and connections
  • Act as the main point of contact for any member queries and identify new business opportunities amongst existing members
  • Innovate to find new ways to grow Procurement Leaders presence
  • Continually improve existing processes to build a best in class customer experience
  • Build a business plan for achieving targets (monthly revenues, event and product profitability)
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify new products that meet customer need and drive profitability
  • Collaborate with delegate and membership sales teams in order to support sales strategies

Key Attributes, Skills and Experience:

  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Previous experience of managing accounts at the c-suite level
  • Strong commercial acumen, previous experience renewing accounts and cross selling/up-selling
  • Evidence of consistently achieving targets
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent critical thinking, written and social skills

World 50 Group operates on a hybrid work model. Associates are asked to work in the office two days a week, plus one extra day the last week of the month.
