You'll manage the front desk, answer and direct calls, welcome visitors, and provide information about our organization. Your responsibilities will include maintaining office security, coordinating with property management, assisting with access control, managing appointment calendars, and ensuring the office remains organized and tidy. You'll also handle mail, order supplies, set up meetings, and create necessary documents. At Aldrich, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensations decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each candidate. The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, and other job-related reasons. Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the full-time position is $24.00-26.00 per hour.

What You Should Know
This is a full-time position and will be required to be onsite. Our standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. This position may require you to work on occasional Saturdays for 3-4 hours between February and April.
