We are seeking a Technical Support Intern to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our customers' satisfaction and engagement with our products and services. As a hybrid position, the successful candidate will be expected to work both remotely and at our office in Madrid.

You will be:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to assist in resolving customer inquiries, issues, and feedback via various communication channels.

  • Support the implementation of customer engagement initiatives and strategies to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Assist in analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Participate in the development of customer support materials, including FAQs, guides, and tutorials.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer journey and experience.

  • Help your colleagues with a variety of tasks, such as computer configuration, data analysis, documentation, etc.

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program.
  • You must have the ability to work through an internship agreement (“Convenio”)
  • Residing in Madrid and able to commit to a hybrid work format.
  • Ability to enter into an agreement with a higher education institution or similar program in Spain.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in task execution.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.

  • Basic proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Excel.

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as needed.

  • Advanced proficiency in English to effectively communicate with our international team and partners.
