As you manage client accounts, you'll go beyond the ordinary. Regular visits and impeccable account management practices will be your tools to forge lasting partnerships. You'll be the face of our company, building trust and rapport with key decision-makers. Your role will involve developing and implementing service delivery plans to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your creativity will be unleashed as you design solutions that set us apart from the competition.
Account Manager Key Responsibilities:
Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting
Strong communication to teammates, candidates and clients
Client visit and account management
Make outbound calls to set meetings with key decision-makers
Strategize and create service delivery plans
Account Manager Qualifications
2 years experience in account management or sales
Previous leadership experience managing large teams
Strong and effective problem-solving skills
A strategic and analytical mindset
Location: Indianapolis, IN (College Park area)
Pay:
$61,000-$72,000 (base salary)
Additional monthly bonuses averaging $8,000-$12,000 annually first year.
