We're seeking an Entry Level Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team at our Corporate HQ in Everett!

As an Entry Level Payroll Specialist, your responsibilities will include meticulous payroll administration, adept handling of billing systems, and providing stellar accounts receivable support while upholding the utmost confidentiality.

Entry Level Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:
- Execute accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll and accounts receivable
- Provide assistance in processing credit card, checks, and ACH transactions
- Manage and promptly address client inquiries and requests through the Payroll Billing inbox
- Conduct account reconciliation and proactive outreach for past due collections
- Review and rectify invoices as necessary, and issue reminders for timecard submissions
Entry Level Payroll Specialist Qualifications:
- Customer service experience of 2 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with MS Excel and Outlook is essential
- A knack for problem-solving and a proactive approach to challenges
Location: Everett, WA (100% in office)
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $24-$26/hour
