Company Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team. As an Administrative Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring efficient operations. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
• Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Coordinate meetings and conferences, including booking venues and arranging catering
• Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Experience:
• Proficient in using computerized systems such as QuickBooks for data entry and record keeping
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
• Familiarity with Google Suite or similar office productivity tools
• Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
