Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving issues in a prompt and efficient manner. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Maintain and update customer records with accurate information.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, confirm appointments, or survey customers about their service experiences.
  • Adhere to call center scripts and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve service skills.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide comprehensive support to customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
