```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher. As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Duties:
- Assist collision centers and customers with their towing needs
- Coordinate transportation of vehicles to and/or from homes, impounds and collision centers
- Utilize towing software to dispatch, route and monitor drivers
- Answer phones and emails in a professional, courteous manor
- Manage fleet operations, including dispatching and driver communication
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding towing status

Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast paced office environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bilingual is preferred
