Human Resources Generalist
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This position requires a strong background in employee relations, compliance, and general HR practices.
Key Responsibilities :
What you will be doing :
Employee Relations : Handle a range of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Provide consistent and fair guidance and support to managers and employees in line with company policies and procedures.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Keep up-to-date with legal changes and adjust policies accordingly.
Conduct compliance audits and prepare detailed reports.
HR Generalist Tasks : Undertake various HR generalist responsibilities such as, onboarding, offboarding, HR administration tasks as needed.
Offer HR support and consultancy to employees and managers across different sites.
- Culture : Help to build and grow the culture
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.
G., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in employee relations, HR compliance, and generalist roles
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
