Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to join our team. The Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Personal Assistant, Receptionist, or in an administrative role. Strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office files and records, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible
- Assist with proofreading documents and preparing reports
- Utilize computer software to transcribe and format documents
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making travel arrangements and preparing meeting materials
- Provide support to other team members as needed
-Utilize CRM program
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Assistant, Receptionist, or in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excell
- Ability to transcribe and format documents accurately
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
