Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and perform various clerical tasks to help optimize daily operations. This job will be Monday-Friday from 3:30pm-7:30pm. Saturday from 9:00am-4:00pm.
Duties:
- Fast pace job and able to work under pressure
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Enter orders accurately into the system and maintain order entry records
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Tech savy
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with project coordination and multitasking abilities
