Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in computer applications. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- File and organize documents both physically and electronically
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate meetings, conferences
- Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
