We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be involved in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

- Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Perform data entry and schedule appointments

- Maintain electronic records and data of documents

- Coordinate interviews and meetings

- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

```Qualifications```

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Attention to detail, time management skills and problem-solving skills

- Previous experience as a personal assistant or medical receptionist is beneficial

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
