Salary: 50K - 55K

Position Description:
The Repairs and Calibrations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of repairs and
calibrations within the organization. This role involves leading a team of technicians, coordinating repair and
calibration activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards, and optimizing processes to
enhance efficiency and productivity. The Repairs and Calibrations Manager also collaborates with other
departments to address customer needs and achieve organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership

  • Supervise and lead a team of repairs and calibrations technicians, providing guidance, support, and
    coaching.
  • Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor performance to ensure timely and high-quality completion of repairs
    and calibrations.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and promote continuous learning and
    development.

Repairs & Calibrations Management

  • Establish and maintain repair and calibration procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and
    regulations.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize the repair and calibration process, minimizing
    downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Monitor repair and calibration activities to ensure accuracy, precision, and compliance with quality control
    measures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary parts, equipment, and resources for repairs and
    calibrations

Quality Assurance

  • Develop and enforce quality assurance processes and procedures to guarantee the reliability and accuracy
    of repaired and calibrated equipment.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any non-compliance issues or areas for
    improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to ensure alignment with overall quality objectives.

Documentations and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and calibrations, including work orders, test reports, and equipment
    history.
  • Generate reports on repair and calibration activities, including performance metrics, turnaround times, and
    equipment status.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Collaboration and Customer Service

  • Liaise with other departments, such as Production, Engineering, and Customer Support, to address repair
    and calibration requirements and resolve technical issues.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their repair and calibration needs, provide technical support, and
    ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for expanding repair and
    calibration services.

Qualifications & Company Core Values:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Electronics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing repairs and calibrations, preferably in a technical or manufacturing
    environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of repair and calibration processes, standards, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Proficient in using repair and calibration tools, software, and equipment.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
