We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sous Chef who wants to be part of an opening team at a high end luxury senior living resort!
WORK SCHEDULE: Day and evening hours to include weekends and holidays.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE: Experience and/or training in a full-service kitchen and/or healthcare setting required. Position requires knowledge of special diets. Minimum of three (3) years of cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant, hospital or school Preferred
CERTIFICATION: Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager’s Certification
