Goodyear Belts by Adventry Corp. is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Industrial and Automotive industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their orders and inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Goodyear Belts is a licensing agreement with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, manufacturing and distributing the Goodyear Belt brand of Industrial and Automotive Aftermarket Power Transmission Belts. Adventry Corp, our parent company, is a dynamic organization built on the principles of entrepreneurship, with a focus on Energetic, Dynamic, Ambitious, and Focused individuals. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have an opportunity to work with a globally recognized brand and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with placing orders, inquiring about products, or addressing their concerns
  • Manage email inquiries and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process orders through our ERP system and ensure accurate billing and payment processing
  • Provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain customer records and update customer account information

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
  • NetSuite is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
