Goodyear Belts by Adventry Corp, a leading manufacturer and distributor of Industrial and Automotive Aftermarket Power Transmission Belts, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its 2nd shift (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM) at our facility in the automotive industry. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, and focused individual to join our team and help maintain our position as a top industry provider. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will be responsible for managing and providing guidance to warehouse staff, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising warehouse staff and ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet business needs
• Managing and coordinating all warehouse activities, including shipping/receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures
• Developing and maintaining inventory control systems to reduce shrink and waste
• Continuously improving warehouse processes and procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and preparing reports as needed
• Monitoring warehouse equipment for maintenance needs and ensuring repairs are completed in a timely manner

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, customers, and vendors
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software
• Knowledge of NetSuite, Pacejet and RF Smart preferable.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment: forklift, order picker, reach truck and pallet jack, etc., on daily basis.
