We’re looking for a Part-time Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift.
2 set days a week- 16 hours
More hours are available at the front desk, during day shifts. Audit shifts are paid a shift differential.
FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY NIGHT 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM ARE MANDATORY!
Night Auditor responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. The Night Auditor also reconciles all accounts, processes invoices, and prepares meeting spaces.
Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the hotel and accounting operations running smoothly. Reliability and proven responsibility are key aspects of this role.
