Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our success. Your outgoing personality and persuasive skills will help you build strong relationships with clients, identify new investment opportunities, and negotiate deals that benefit all parties. Compensation:

$125,000

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to connect with potential investors.
  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends and investment opportunities.
  • Present investment opportunities to investors and negotiate deals.
  • Leverage your enthusiasm and creativity to excite investors and build trust.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Closing Managers to achieve results.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
  • Strong account management skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
