Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Typing, photocopying and other office tasks as needed;

· Answering phones and inquiries about the program;

· School tours for potential parents;

· Maintain calendar events on website

· Keeping child files up-to-date (including. physicals and School Readiness information);

· Posting parent information in the school and on Class Dojo;

· Keeping registration records;

· Completing and submitting forms for the state;

· Type and mail (postal and email) all correspondence;

· Microsoft Word and Excel a must;

· Be able to work with children in the classroom if needed;

· Perform income calculations;

. Experience working with children preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
