Our Position

The Sales Entry Supervisor is responsible for training and overseeing the sales entry department in addition to reviewing new customer agreements for accuracy and compliance purposes, ensuring payment for the initial service has been collected, and the initial service has been scheduled.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervising and leading the sales entry team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
• Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Assisting with creating new policies and procedures, best practices, and reference guides for the use of Sales Center, Pest Pac, and Sales Entry Process.
• Overseeing the accurate and timely entry of sales orders into the company's Pest Pac.
• Ensuring that all sales documentation is processed in accordance with established standards.
• Implementing and enforcing quality assurance processes to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Conducting regular reviews and audits to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors.
• Continuously assessing and improving sales entry processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
• Providing liaise with internal stakeholders, including the sales team, customer service, and other departments, to streamline communication and resolve issues promptly.
• Creating and scheduling service or work order for technicians on the initial service.
• Conducting training sessions for new team members and providing ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Keeping the team informed about updates, changes, and best practices related to sales entry processes.
• Collaborating with the finance and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales commissions.
• Verifying commission calculations and resolving any discrepancies.

Our Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous administration, customer service and/or inside sales experience is required.
• Prior supervisor experience is preferred.
• Exceptional written and grammar skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills including articulation, customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to calculate basic math.
• Must be able to pass a seven-year criminal background check.
