Our Position

The Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for identifying and analyzing process improvement initiatives within Rocket Pest Control, including best practices and standard operating procedures. The role is responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity, and improve processes, resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction. The role will also assist with mergers and acquisitions for data migration, implementations, and integrating technology and/or processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop clear and concise process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and written procedures.
  • Ensure that all documented processes align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Regularly review and update existing process documentation to reflect changes in workflows, systems, or organizational structure.
  • Maintain an organized and easily accessible internal knowledge database for storing all process documentation.
  • Train team members on how to access and utilize the internal knowledge database effectively.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in process documentation and knowledge management.
  • Understands all aspects of the Rocket Pest business including sales, pricing, revenue recognition, data input/output.
  • Partners with marketing or HR to create communications for all field operation Rocket employees when enhancements or process changes are implemented and monitors progress.
  • Provides insight and support on how systems work and are utilized.
  • Works with Workwave to implement new updates and features added to PestPac and communicates changes with end users.
  • Responsible for data cleanup projects.
  • Works closely with the Acquisitions and Mergers department to perform data migration functions.
  • Maintains effective relationships among the internal team member(s) and business partners.
  • Complies with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Our Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with creating standard operating procedures, documenting processes, project management, business operations and/or systems development.
  • Experience with PestPac and/or other CRM-related software.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, resourceful.
  • Attention to detail – analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments/prioritize.
  • Must be able to pass company background check.
