Best Choice Roofing of Central Arkansas is looking to hire a part-time office admin assistant. This role could develop into a full-time role for the right candidate. We are growing rapidly and need some assistance with administrative tasks.

Input data into our CRM 

Follow up with our customers with project updates

Input project data into Excel or Google Sheets we provide

Can documents and upload into our CRM 

Track basic budgets and expenses monthly, possibly generating weekly reports.

Prepare and Send invoices 

Conduct collections activities on past-due accounts 

Assist in the onboarding and hiring process for new candidates

Call, email, and follow up with insurance companies and document communication.

Maintain personnel files and documents

Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences

Reply to emails and Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team

Manage required files for jobs: ensure all files are up to date and accurate from job setup, through warranty processing, and job closeout

Follow up with subcontractors to ensure jobs are completed on time

Sorting and distributing paperwork, insurance forms, and permits

This position will start at $11 per hour and we can discuss bumps in pay. We will plan 20-25 hours per week for this role. Again, we are growing rapidly and this could adjust if we see the need and if the willingness is on both sides. This role will be in our office in Little Rock.
