Job Summary: Responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of the assigned product lines within the ATD Tools, Inc. business. Establish short and long-term goals with plans to achieve growth and profitability for all product lines. Maximize the sales, profits, and associated benefits derived from the product lines by executing on your strategies through influencing and collaborating with others in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for product vision and continuous improvement of features and/or products
· Lead sourcing strategy development, supplier evaluation and selection.
· Responsible for new product commercialization plan development and implementation for ATD products.
· Establish effective working relationships with key vendors and maximize supplier negotiations.
· Develop effective cross-functional relationships within the organization in order to effectively accomplish the responsibilities of the function.
· Define product marketing communication objectives
· Actively seek customer and market input and data as a source of product innovation
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand and address trends and opportunities
· Coordinate with customer service to identify potential product issues or customer suggestions.
· Participate in industry and member trade shows as required.
· International travel as required.
· Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:
· Bachelor’s Degree – Business or related field
· 5 years’ experience in Tool & Equipment product management
· Overseas sourcing experience preferred
