Job Overview:

An administrative position reporting directly to the Senior Pastor and collaborates closely with the ministry staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to the following)

• Church receptionist duties
• Create and or distribute various church communication in the form of PowerPoint presentations, messaging to church members via messaging platforms, bulletins, prayer guides, visitor cards, giving envelopes, new member packets and gospel tracts
• Maintain various content on church website and digital signage systems
• Maintain membership records and assist ministry teams
• Maintain inventory of office and church supplies
• Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment (computers, copiers, scanners, phones, etc.)
• Familiarity with church management systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous administrative experience
• Ministry experience preferred

Expected hours:

· Monday – Thursday 9AM – 4PM

· Friday 9AM -1PM
