Panchee Advisory is Hiring an Administrative and Personal Assistant Near Armonk, NY

Administrative and Personal Assistant

Panchee Advisory LLC, a boutique financial advisory firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative and Personal Assistant to work part-time in our Armonk office.

Panchee Advisory’s mission is to provide superior support solutions to middle market private equity firms, freeing them to focus on investment selection and value creation. Our singular focus is providing our clients a superior solution, in the form of investor relations, operations, marketing, and administrative support.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Calendar management; updating and maintaining calendars in Microsoft Outlook
  • Scheduling and calendaring business and personal appointments
  • Updating and maintaining databases
  • Assist with tracking client operations
  • Conducting internet research on vendors, travel, conferences, clients, etc.
  • Assisting with distribution of materials and communications
  • Booking travel arrangements (air, rail, hotel) and restaurant reservations
  • Business and personal online shopping and purchasing
  • Registration and follow-up for conferences, programs, tournaments, entertainment, school activities, etc.
  • Coordinating and organizing activities relating to conferences
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative requests as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a personal, administrative or executive assistant
  • Excellent coordination, organization and logistical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Professional written communication skills
  • Experience booking complex and changing travel
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Resourceful and savvy in conducting internet research
  • Works quickly and responds with a sense of urgency
  • True flexibility and positive disposition

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 13 – 15 per week

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Administrative or Personal Assistant: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Armonk, NY 10504: Relocate before starting work (Required)
