As a Customer Service Representative (NO cold calling), you'll be the primary point of contact, delivering top-notch service. Your helpful communication skills and ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently will assist in providing a positive experience for callers.
Location: Norfolk, VA
Type: Full time, On Site (No remote) 8:00am-5:00pm (5 days a week)
**MUST have availability to work some evenings and weekends**
**40 hours per week, no overtime offered. **
