Job Description:

Cypress Five Star, Inc. is looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Benefits Coordinator to join our HR team. This part-time role will be pivotal in overseeing and managing the smooth administration of employee benefits across the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer benefits programs for US and Canadian employees, including tracking eligibility and managing enrollment.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries about benefits options, policies, and enrollment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefits data and documentation.
• Support general HR tasks such as terminations, job letters, and other administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in benefits administration or a related HR role is highly desirable.
• Excellent data management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.

Pay: $20.87 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
