We provide In-Home Support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, with office management tasks. Preferrably has a background in disability services.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office organization

- Provide excellent customer support through phone and email communication

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Handle clerical duties including filing, scanning, and copying documents

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in office administration or a related role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with phone systems

- Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional, helpful
