Dining Room AttendantWe are a new food hall located in Madisonville with 8 unique restaurants and a full bar located inside. Our dining room aids are responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the food hall.
Duties and Responsibilities:Performs any combination of the following duties to facilitate food service:
- Carries dirty dishes from the dining room to stalls or waste areas.
- Wipes table tops and seating to ensure a clean eating environment.
- Supervises the amount of waste being accumulated in the disposal/tray areas and empties trash as needed.
- Sweep and mop floors at the end of the shift.
- May run errands from stalls to ensure food orders are being delivered in a timely manner.
- Provides good customer service.
- Will be provided a detailed checklist to complete to adhere to company guidelines and policies.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
- Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
- Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
- Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Able to work in a busy restaurant environment.
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not necessary.
