Principle Responsibilities

Meet with advisors of groups and individuals upon arrival and review their paperwork, charges, and payments; make arrangements for collection of monies prior to departure dates

Oversee and coordinate the participant check-in activities

Coordinate with Base Camp staff to assist with check-in of late arrivals

Provide cheerful and helpful service to all SBR participants, guests, and staff

Be a resource for all program and operations knowledge

Resolve customer service issues in a thorough and timely manner

Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership

Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook

Qualifications & Training

18 years of age or older

Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Solid interpersonal communication abilities

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable learning new software

Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination

Be or become a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America

Performance Results

Contribute at least one improvement to Registration operations

Reply to all emails within 24 hours within your scope of work

Physical Requirements

Up to 1 hours a day of either standing, walking, hiking, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
