We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our restaurant’s recipes and standards.

Follow and maintain all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of the food served.

Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly with other kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.

Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring all menu items are prepared and served on time and to the correct specifications.

Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained, reporting any maintenance issues to management.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage of food, equipment, and supplies.

Train and mentor new kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 3 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant.

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while maintaining a positive attitude.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
