Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The Human Resources Assistant will provide support to the HR department in various administrative tasks and assist with the implementation of HR programs and policies.
Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Support employee relations by addressing employee questions and concerns
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews
- Manage social media platforms
-Assist with Company Event planning
- Assist with workers' compensation claims administration
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in social media management for employer branding purposes
- Knowledge of workers' compensation processes and procedures
- Familiarity with talent management principles and practices
- Understanding of recruiting strategies and techniques
- Knowledge of FMLA regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to adapt to change and support change management initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
