This season is also special with the solar eclipse event, where you'll help provide an awe-inspiring experience for our guests.

Position OverviewAs a member of the Guest Relations Staff, you will be the face of Beyonder Camp, providing an unforgettable experience to our guests. You will specialize in one of the key areas: Maintenance, All positions will assist with guest activities held throughout the month and assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Oversee campground upkeep, conduct minor repairs, maintain outdoor areas, and assist in setting up camp facilities.

In the Maintenance specialty at Beyonder Camp, your role is pivotal in ensuring a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing camping environment. This position goes beyond traditional maintenance tasks; it involves a proactive approach to campground upkeep, including conducting regular inspections and performing minor repairs on facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the pristine condition of outdoor areas, such as trails, picnic spots, and communal spaces, ensuring they are always ready for guest enjoyment. Additionally, a unique aspect of this role involves assisting with checking guests in and out for various amenities like bikes, kayaks, and other recreational equipment, requiring you to have a keen eye for detail and inventory management. Your interaction with guests during these moments provides an opportunity to enhance their experience by offering tips on equipment usage and suggesting best spots for their activities. Effective communication skills, a hands-on approach, and a strong sense of responsibility are crucial in this role, as you will be instrumental in ensuring that all aspects of the campground are functioning smoothly and safely, directly contributing to the overall satisfaction of our guests.
Qualifications

• Passion for the outdoors and camping.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Electrical / Plumbing Skills.
• Ability to Diagnose and Evaluate Systems.
• Landscaping, Lawn Mowing, Weed Eater operation.
• Leadership abilities to lead other maintenance specialists preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in hospitality, or retail preferred.
• This is a full-time permanent position.
