Responsibilities
- Guest Service:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Take orders accurately, offering recommendations and answering menu questions with a smile.
- Ensure timely and attentive service throughout the dining experience.
- Present food and beverages professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
- Restaurant Operations:
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
- Replenish stock and supplies as needed to keep service running smoothly.
- Assist with setting and resetting tables for optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Teamwork:
- Work collaboratively with fellow servers and support staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Uphold high standards for cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a fun and energetic team environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (prior server experience preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
