Overview:

As a Part Time Housekeeper and Laundry Attendant at BEYONDER Camp, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality for our guests. This unique opportunity goes beyond traditional housekeeping roles by offering cross-training in guest relations and maintenance, transforming you into a well-rounded hospitality superstar!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Housekeeping Excellence: Execute thorough and efficient cleaning services to maintain impeccable standards in guest accommodations, common areas, and facilities.

️2. Guest Relations: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs and requests are met promptly. Provide information about camp amenities, activities, and local attractions.

3. Maintenance Support: Collaborate with our maintenance team to learn basic maintenance tasks and assist in addressing any issues that may arise during your shift. This includes reporting and resolving minor maintenance concerns.

Other Responsibilities:

Clean all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
Laundry Attendant duties
Cleaning guest rooms (both in-house and departure cleans)
Cleaning common areas throughout the campground
Deliver excellent customer service
Maintain equipment in good condition
Handle reasonable guests' complaints/requests and inform others when required
Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Eagerness to learn and adapt to cross-training in guest relations and maintenance
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Must be able to pass a background check
Must possess a valid drivers license
This position requires availability on weekdays, weekends and holidays
This position will require the applicant to stand for extended periods of time, lift and move up to 50 lbs. and walk distances.
