Position Summary
The Server is responsible for identifying the needs of guests and accommodating to those needs. Serve the guests quickly and efficiently with complete knowledge of the restaurant menu.
Maintain station in a clean and orderly manner throughout the shift. As part of compensation for this position, said employees are included in the tip pool.
The tip pool consists of all discretionary tips collected directly from guests and are split between all included employees via a point system.
