Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls from debtors
• Conduct debtor trace and locate efforts using advanced search engines
• Establish and document payment arrangements with debtors
• Identify and escalate priority issues

Requirements

• Must have 5 (plus) years of commercial collection experience
• Must know federal/ state laws and regulations (i.e, FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, ect.)
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette
• Critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Collector’s license, with the ability to be licensed across the country
• Ability to meet and exceed recovery targets as set out by the company
• Must have a landline set up by first day of employment
