Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health Hospitals/Jacobi , located in the Bronx. This facility accommodates more than 325,000 outpatient visits, more than 100,000 emergency room visits and more than 20,000 inpatient admissions annually. The hospital is renowned for The Trauma Center, staffed to treat any traumatic injury or illness, the fully accredited Breast Health Center, and The Burn Center, with more than 40 years of work in burn care. The hospital also serves patients of many other needs.?The hospital maintains an academic affiliation with Albert Einstein Medical College .

• Evening and Saturday clinic
• schedule - 7:40 am or 8:40 am, last patient 4:40 pm
• Daily patient load - 18 max
• On-site x-ray, lab, MRI, CT
• 4 hours weekly admin time
• Teaching position where day is split between direct patient care and precepting housestaff of att attendind faculty
• 100% outpatient with optional inpatient

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Possess or eligible for a New York State Medical License

• Excellent benefit package
• Base salary range - $205,000 - $210,000
