Position Summary
The Salvation Army Northern Division Harbor Light Center’s Food Service Manager oversees the daily operation of a commercial kitchen providing over 750 healthy meals each day of the week. The Manager is responsible for ensuring licensing compliance, menu planning (donated and purchased food), and overseeing food preparation. The Manager provides supervision to food service staff and volunteers.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise, train, schedule, and mentor a team of more than 10 food service staff. Provide guidance and supervision to food service volunteers. Make employment recommendations to leadership.
Travel/Transportation Requirements
Frequently drive a company vehicle locally to transport meals, supplies, and donations.
