Chief of Staff

Talaria offers secure transport services including cash and product transport, cash processing services, ATMs and change delivery services. We are a team that believes that transparency, communication, and customer service are the key to success. We currently operate nationally and partner with financial institutions. We are excited to be expanding at a rapid rate and are looking forward to expanding our team to continue to scale with us.

Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to join our executive team. This pivotal role will facilitate operational excellence and strategic agility across our organization. The successful candidate will have a profound understanding of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and will harness this knowledge to drive significant value across all facets of our operations.

Though this is a fully remote role, please note that the right candidate for this role will reside within 60 miles of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Objectives of this Role

  • Strategic Facilitation: Spearhead the development and refinement of high-level business strategies, ensuring robust execution aligned with our long-term objectives.-
  • Operational Excellence: Utilize deep insights into EOS principles to oversee and enhance key operational activities, fostering efficiency and effectiveness at every level.-
  • Project Leadership: Lead critical projects with precision, applying EOS tools to ensure alignment and successful delivery within timelines and budgets.
  • Executive Support: Optimize the executive team’s strategic initiatives and decision-making processes, ensuring peak performance and accountability.
  • Communication Mastery: Craft and maintain superior communication frameworks that ensure transparency and continuous alignment with core strategic goals.
  • Leadership Development: Mentor senior leadership, enhancing capabilities and cultivating a high-performance culture in line with EOS practices.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring strategic consistency and informed engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a top-tier executive management or Chief of Staff role, with a proven track record in strategic and operational leadership.
  • Expert proficiency with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), with demonstrable success in applying its principles to business operations.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, capable of navigating complex challenges and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Superior analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant industry experience is preferred, with a deep understanding of operational and strategic dynamics.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is highly desirable.

Compensation

Full-time role. $130k annually based on experience.
