The Ideal Candidate:

You are a strategic and operationally excellent leader ready to take on a mission-critical role as the CEO's trusted advisor and force-multiplier. With outstanding project management abilities and emotional intelligence, you will harmonize cross-functional teams and ensure flawless execution of key initiatives. A self-starter comfortable in ambiguity, you proactively identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the CEO's chief strategist and right-hand, fully immersed in strategic operations
  • Oversee and drive execution of the company's highest priority cross-functional initiatives
  • Develop and implement new business strategies in partnership with the executive team
  • Build strategic relationships across the organization to align priorities and resources
  • Proactively identify issues/opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and modeling to inform strategic decision making
  • Manage the CEO's schedule and represent them in key meetings as needed
  • Lead sensitive and confidential projects requiring superb judgment
  • Identify and implement cutting-edge tools and technologies, including AI, to streamline processes and drive operational excellence
  • Ensure a data-driven approach to decision making by deploying best-in-class analytics tools
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experiences
  • 7 years of experience, including leadership roles in high-growth environments
  • Exceptional Project/Program management and execution skills
  • Outstanding emotional intelligence and ability to influence and motivate teams
  • Extremely strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Keen strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Tech savviness with an enthusiasm for leveraging emerging technologies like AI
