• Accountable for Team KPI’s including cycle count schedule adherence, inventory accuracy, transfer accuracy and timeliness, overtime rates, and overall cost per package shipped.

• Oversees the routine and scheduled cycle counts are performed accurately and timely. Resolves discrepancies and takes corrective actions.
• Oversees the efficient staging of raw materials required for daily production, and coordinates raw-material inventory requirements with purchasing.
• Oversees post-production material handing activities including finished goods receipt, transfer Commerce/Arlington to Wilmeth, and put away.
• Coordinates inventory transfers to Baltimore and future distribution centers.
• Oversees picking, packing, loading, and Epicor transaction processing of all transfers.
• Oversees pick, pack, and ship processes for all OEM Customers.
• Oversees pick, pack, and ship process for all Parcel hazmat
• Oversees pick, pack, and ship process for all International shipments

• Balances supervision of Material Handling and OEM Team with personal participation in the cycle count, material staging, post-production material handling, and transfer/OEM pick, pack and ship processes.
• Ensures that all employees are following safety standards, particularly as it relates to operating forklifts and loading trucks.

• Coordinate with various departments such as logistics, finance, and sales to ensure seamless integration of inventory processes.
• Provide training to staff involved in Material Handling processes.
• Work with OEM team to obtain shipment information related to deadlines
• Coordinate with Customers to arrange for carrier pick-up
• Coordinate with shipping/receiving to ensure resources for picking
• Work closely with receiving team to arrange for product transfer to DC
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluently speak, read, and write in English
• Spanish bilingual a plus
• Skilled use of computer, Internet, and shipping company websites.
• Basic Math Skills
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs repeatedly
• Ability to work in a loud environment
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
• DOT 49CFR certification
• 3-5 years experience in a fast paced distribution environment
