Plan, manage, and implement Lean initiatives at the site(s) level but with a global perspective.
• Drive a Lean culture in Statlab Manufacturing sites.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop, report, and track on continuous improvement metrics.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for improvement and productivity gains.
• Attend and provide pertinent Lean trainings and seminars.
• Manage continuous improvement workshops, projects and kaizens.
• More duties to be required/defined as per Business needs.
• This position will require Domestic and International travel up to 25%

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 7 years of continuous improvement experience
• A strong combination of Hands on and Strategic thinking is required.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
• Experience in leading and executing Kaizen events, 5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, and Team
Development
• Six Sigma Certification is required, Black Belt is preferred

This position is onsite at our McKinney facility. Pay range is $102,000- $130,000 with 10% annual bonus potential.
