StatLab Medical Products is Hiring a Continuous Improve Mgr Near Mc Kinney, TX
Plan, manage, and implement Lean initiatives at the site(s) level but with a global perspective.
- Drive a Lean culture in Statlab Manufacturing sites.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop, report, and track on continuous improvement metrics.
- Optimize manufacturing processes for improvement and productivity gains.
- Attend and provide pertinent Lean trainings and seminars.
- Manage continuous improvement workshops, projects and kaizens.
- More duties to be required/defined as per Business needs.
- This position will require Domestic and International travel up to 25%
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 7 years of continuous improvement experience
- A strong combination of Hands on and Strategic thinking is required.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
- Experience in leading and executing Kaizen events, 5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, and Team
- Six Sigma Certification is required, Black Belt is preferred
This position is onsite at our McKinney facility. Pay range is $102,000- $130,000 with 10% annual bonus potential.
