Our CSR's act as a liaison, providing product information and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face, with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and/or chat

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements

• Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with Adobe CC Suite and/or screen/offset printing a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree/GED/Experience Equivalent

Salary: Negotiable/Based on experience
